Every bespoke suite begins with intention — not just what it looks like, but what it feels like. The Paper With Heart Process is designed to gently guide you from inspiration to final print, with calm, creativity, and care at every step.

  • 1. Discover

    We start with your story.

    Before any sketches or swatches, we get to know you. Your vision, your values, your vibe. Whether it’s a favourite flower, a cultural tradition, or a colour that brings you joy, we’ll gather all the inspiration that makes your love story yours.

    This stage may include:

    • A discovery questionnaire
    • A video or email consultation
    • Pinterest boards, fabric samples, or even poems you love

    This is the part where magic begins.

  • 2. Design

    Your story takes shape.

    This is where ideas become visuals. I’ll design your bespoke suite from the ground up — every font, flourish, illustration, and layout carefully curated to reflect your story. You’ll receive moodboards and first-draft concepts that bring the vision to life.

    At this stage, we explore:

    • Bespoke colour palettes and typography
    • Illustration ideas (e.g. venue sketches, motifs)
    • Layout and content suggestions
    • Specialist print options if desired (foil, letterpress, vellum, etc.)

    Your feedback is part of the process — it’s a collaboration, not just a service.

  • 3. Refine

    We perfect every detail.

    You’ll receive digital proofs to review and refine. Whether it’s a wording tweak, shifting an illustration, or changing the envelope colour, we’ll keep adjusting until everything feels exactly right.

    I’ll also guide you through:

    • Print etiquette & wording tips
    • Finalising quantities and item selections
    • Timeline confirmations for your big day

  • 4. Deliver

    Your designs, made real.

    Once approved, your suite heads into production. Every detail is handled with care — from printing to packaging to shipping — so your stationery arrives beautifully wrapped and wedding-day ready.

    • Optional assembly support or guides

Investment & What to Expect

Your wedding stationery is more than paper — it’s a keepsake of your story.
Every bespoke project is priced individually based on design complexity, quantities, and print finishes, but here's a general guide to help you plan with confidence:

  • Bespoke Design Fee

    Starting from £350
    This covers:

    • Custom concept creation
    • Moodboards and design development
    • Personalised layout, illustrations or motifs
    • Up to 3 rounds of design refinements
    • Full access to The Paper With Heart process

    Think of this as the creative heartbeat of your suite — where your story becomes a visual experience.

  • Printing & Production

    Printing costs vary based on your choices, including:

    • Quantity
    • Paper type (textured, handmade, recycled)
    • Printing method (digital, foil, letterpress, embossing)
    • Add-ons (wax seals, envelope liners, belly bands, etc.)

    Most bespoke couples invest between £500–£1,500+ for a full suite, including Save the Dates, Invitations, RSVPs, and Envelopes.

    On-the-day stationery (menus, place cards, signage) can be added later as part of your full service experience.
